We announce the death of Cecil M. Lewis in Dover, Kentucky, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 88. Cecil will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cynthia Parks Lewis and Cecil Lewis; and his brother Frank Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his brothers, Bobby Lewis (Mary Jo) of Lexington and John Lewis (Jeannie) of Georgetown; his sister-in-law Lorelle Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Katrinka, Sherry Jane, Pam, Charlie, Steve, Joy and Johnny.
