He was predeceased by: his father L. B. Pendley; his stepfather Todd Cummings; and his grandparents, Dorthy and Paul Oglesby. He is survived by: his siblings, Annie Smith and Ben Pendley (Dora); his nieces and nephews, Shanna Howell (Bobby), Dana Smith, Luke and Jordan Pendley; and his mother Doris Groves. He is also survived by Several Great Nieces, a great nephew.
