He is survived by: his close friend Johnny; his children, Billy Manning Jr., William Conner, Lisa Ort (Rickey), Glenda Luman (Jeremy), Molly Carter (Chris) and Madison Manning; his grandchildren, Rickey Ort, Jr., Zachary Ort, Sr. (Trystyn Powell), Kodey Ort (Katie), Kennadee Lee (Noah), Billy Ort, Ivan Luman, Aiden Luman, Presley Manning, Isaiah McElroy, Eli McElroy, Cali Manning, Luke Carter, Ashton Wade, Kyle Conner and Gunner Conner; his great grandchildren, Zachary Ort Jr., Jaxson Ort, Ella Lee and Emmy "Lou" Byrd; his siblings, Rusty Manning (Shirley), Paul Manning, Melody "Suzie" Brewer (Rick "Eye"), Harriet "Sissy" Guinn (Don) and Candy "Nan" Cleveland; and his caregiver Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
