He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winfred and Betty Pearl Stamper Ballard; his wife Tina Mae Hyde Ballard of Dry Ridge; his children, Amanda Bolling (Kenny) of Dry Ridge, Susan Ballard of Dry Ridge, Christopher Ballard (Josh Traynor) of Dry Ridge and Scott Ballard (Stephanie) of Demossville; his granddaughter Lexie Ballard of Dry Ridge; and his siblings, Steven Michael Ballard (Patty) of Crittenden and Bonnie Morgan (Ernie) of Williamstown.
