He is survived by: his wife Debbie Tarter (Trammell); his daughters, Stephanie Rice, Stacie Tarter (Doug) and Sabrina Denny (Billy); his grandchildren, Owen, Luke, Zoey, Lucas and Molly; and his siblings, Sherrie Lightner (Mike), Pam Williams (Mike) and Bruce Tarter (Cindy).
