She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Winans and Grace Winans; her husband Ernest Ray Burnette; and her brothers, Donald Winans (Ann), Robert Winans and William Winans.
She is survived by : her children, Darin Burnette and Deanna Greene (Jeff) of Dry Ridge; and her granddaughters, Gracie and Tori. She is also survived by 1 great-grandson, many nieces and nephews as well as many friends and neighbors.
