He is survived by: his children, Guy Franklin IV of Brooksville, KY, Brian Frazier of Covington, KY, Erin Frazier of Dry Ridge and Melanie Margolen (Stacey) of Erlanger, KY. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
