He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Nicholas Howe and Katherine Howe (Bennett); his wife Barbara; and his brother Carl Lee Howe. He is survived by: his children, Randy Wayne Howe (Bettie) and Debra Howe Holland (Greg); his grandchildren, David Holland (Amanda) and Julia Holland Villanacci (Bradley); his great grandchildren, Isaiah and Noah Villanacci; his siblings, Clyde "Pete" Howe (Elnora) and Betty Webster; and his sister-in-law Janet Howe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Knoxville Baptist Church (110 E Fairview Rd, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
