Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James A. Wilson and Carolyn Tomlinson; his wife Kimberly Wilson; his children, Joshua David Wilson (Savannah) of Dry Ridge, KY, Nakia James Wilson (Kristy) of Crittenden, KY, Brandon Fields (Cassie), Amberdawn "Nichole" Herring (Christopher) of Williamstown, KY and Alysia Meece (Matt) of Berry, KY; and his siblings, Jeff Wilson (Jeanna) of Cumberland, KY, Candy Hall (Curt) of Warsaw, KY and Cindy Hall (Robert) of Petersburg, KY.. He was also cherished by "Papaw" to his 16 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Stanley Funeral Home (500 N Main St, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ky Veteran's Cemetery (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
