He is survived by: his wife Jean "Sue" Webster of Dry Ridge, KY; his daughter Kristen Newman (Jeremiah) of Southgate, KY; and his stepsons, Thomas Day, Barry Fields, Jr., Brandon Fields and Ryan Michael Fields. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
