He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Larney Edward and Eleanor Timms Mercer; his wife Barbara Ann Jones Mercer of Dry Ridge; his children, Scott Mercer (Jennifer) of Williamstown and Tammy Caudill (Jeff) of Dry Ridge; his grandchildren, Justin Muse (Shayna), Cheyenne Pinales (Eric), Brandon Mercer (Vada), Courtney Clifton (Kalin), Cory Clifton, Jeffrey Caudill (Lilly) and Javen Caudill; his great grandchildren, Jace, Jackson, Omo, Cattleya, Allicia, Vada and Sierra; and his siblings, Jimmy Mercer of West Virginia and Diane Mercer of West Virginia.
