She is survived by: her children, Barry Perkins (Melissa) of Dry Ridge, Penny Ralston of Lackey, KY, Daphne Hardin of Dry Ridge, KY and Lisa Perkins of Dry Ridge, KY; her grandchildren, Angie Johnson, Jessica May (Steve), Tiffany Garrett, Clarence Robert De-Merle, Nicholas Perkins (Carolyn), Heather Evans (Timothy), Kody Perkins, Shane Perkins (Kaycee), Christina Stephens (Chris) and Scott Ralston Perkins; and her great grandchildren, Troy Clemons, Andrew Smith, Savannah Johnson, De-Angelo Johnson, Elisha Jenkins, Dameion Jenkins, Makiren Jenkins, Hunter Thompson, Brandon Thompson, Kyler Moller, Tyler Stephens, Alyssa Stephens, Logan Stephens, Isabella Perkins, Ibby Perkins and Gus Perkins. She is also survived by 6 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church (2425 Oak Ridge Rd, Williamstown, KY 41097). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
