She was predeceased by: her spouse Glenn Baker; her father Phillip Koch; her son-in-law Rodney; her sister Dorothy Polhman; and her pets, Mitzi and Lucy Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Baker (Mary Ann) of Latonia, KY and Paula Smith of Florence, KY; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Andrew, Nathan and Katie. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
