He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clark and Evelyn Clark; and his siblings, Jim, Bob, Butch, Duke Clark, Sally Lyons, Donna Kuntz and Rhonda Eldon.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Epperson (Tony), Richard "Charlie" Clark and David Clark; his grandchildren, Serina Epperson, Chloe Clark, Breahna Clark, Bella Clark and David Clark; and his siblings, Jack Clark and Mary Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
