He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Morris Howell of Dry Ridge; his children, Cory Douglas Howell of Dry Ridge, Brittany Kristin Howell of Dry Ridge and Carissa Faith Howell of Dry Ridge; his parents, Franklin Howell and Gennelle Howell of Bellbrook, OH; his grandchildren, Courtney Jo, Joshua Widener, Makayla Howell, Coleton Nagy, Taylor Howell, Chevy Mitchell and Denver Howell; and his great grandchild Dakota Lee Widener.
