She is survived by: her husband Don Harper of Dunmor, KY; her daughter Shelly Houchins (Mark); her sisters, Paula Riggs (Charles) of Louisville, KY, Pamela Moss (Jerry) of Louisville, KY, Lisa Miller of Louisville, KY, Theresa French of Louisville, KY and Charlotte DeArmond (Steve) of Russellville, KY; her grandchildren, Carlee Sickler (Ben) of Greenville, KY, Hunter Milligan (Bethany) of Decherd, TN and Ivan Houchins; and her great grandchildren, Amelia Seiler of Middleburg, FL, Harper Milligan of Decherd, TN, Joseph Milligan of Decherd, TN, Orion Milligan of Decherd, TN and Joyner Sickler of Greenville, KY..

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Price Funeral Home, Inc. (252 E Green St, Lewisburg, KY 42256).
