He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Houchins (Mark) of Russellville; his grandchildren, Carlee Sickler (Ben) of Greenville, KY, Hunter Milligan (Bethany) of Decherd, TN and Ivan Houchins of Jacksonville, FL; his great grandchildren, Amelia Seiler of Middleburg, FL, Harper Milligan of Decherd, TN, Adelaide Sickler of Greenville, KY, Joseph Milligan of Decherd, TN, Orion Milligan of Decherd, TN and Joyner Sickler of Greenville, KY; and his sister Anita Gardner of Dunmor, KY..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Home of Shelley and Mark Houchins (131 Windhaven Rd, Russellville, KY 42276).
