He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete and Nettie; his siblings, Ken, John, Bob, Jimmy and Ruth; his granddaughter Aubree; and his great grandchildren, Linus and Hensley.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Renee Schultz O'Loughlin; his children, Dana (Chris), Laura, Ashlie (Brian) and Kyle; his grandchildren, Izabel, Heydin, Kira, LiLyn, Darbie, Charlie, Rylee, Brynlee, Madilyn, Robert and Teagin; and his great grandchildren, Eli Christopher, Violet and Adaline. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Tucker Funeral Home (113 N 3rd St, Central City, KY 42330). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
