She was predeceased by: her parents, John Durham and Doris Pinnix Durham; and her brother Craven Durham. She is survived by: her husband Wilford Evans; her daughter Johna Horsley (David) of Dunnville; and her stepchildren, Tina Marie Padilla (Max) of Louisville, Amanda Fay Runyon (Jamie) of Clarksville, Indiana and Wilford Dwayne Evans of Russell Springs. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
