He is survived by: his mother Sally Smith (late Chris); his children, Austin Jacobs (RJ), Landon Moten, Terry Jacobs (Melinda), Tina Smith (Dustin Breeding) and Selena Mullins (CJ); his siblings, Robby Moten (Samantha), Mike Smith (Angel), Jerry Smith (late Amanda), Jason Smith (Carol), Christopher Smith, Matthew Barber, Mark Barber, Tiffany Barber, Tori Scarberry and Mercedes Barber; his grandchildren, Kinsley, Nevaeh, Kaydence, Paisley and Kenna; his nieces and nephews, Courtney, Domonick, Shae, Brook, Carter, Logan and Wesley; his close friends, Randall Smith, Gordon Slone, David Slone and Jamie Smith; his wife Angela Mosley; his stepmother Amy Smith; and his half-brother Danny Slone.
In Lieu of flowers the family has requested donations can be made to the funeral home for final funeral expenses.
