He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Clyde Yeary, Sr. and Bula May Dean Yeary; his wife Jouette Cavins Yeary; his sister Brenda Joyce Yeary; and his brother-in-law Douglas Myers (Fugate Cavins).
He is survived by: his children, Trina Nicole Lambert (Justin) and Justin Ethan Yeary (Barbie); his granddaughters, Jouette Alyssa Grace Yeary and Ashleigh Nikole Allen; his sisters, Betty Lynn Smith (Bob) and Wanda Lois Myers; and his siblings-in-law, Terry Cavins, Ruby Cavins and Shelby Wilder (Dee). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great‑nieces, and great‑nephews.
