She is survived by: her husband Bro. Thomas "Tommy" Hayes; her children, John Hayes of Grand Junction, CO and Chandra Beck (Allen) of Evansville, IN; her sister Jamica Greenwell of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Ramachi Hayes of Grand Junction and Adelene Beck (Elise Beck). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
