He is survived by: his children, Melissa Gaither of Madisonville, Faydasha Nicholson (Levi) of Madisonville, Misty Wells of Louisiana, Ashley Gaither of Henderson, Nicholas Moore (Shonda) of Alabama, Steven Gaither (Kristi) of Madisonville, Derek Williams (Lindsay) of Alabama and Bryson Young of Dawson Springs; his siblings, Doris Moore of Madisonville, Stella White of Madisonville, Benjamin Moore (Tracy) of Madisonville and Tavaras Moore of Dallas; his close friend Myra Wilkes; his caregiver Barbara Whitsel; and his pet Prince. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, aunts, uncles, many friends and family.
