She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Philpot and Nannie Swanner Philpot; her sons, Clarence Smith Jr. and Shane Smith; and her siblings, Edmond Philpot, Virgil Philpot, Bert Philpot, Lois Philpot, Loretta Stewart, Ada Shell and Judy Buckles.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha McMillian of London, KY, Michael Smith of East Bernstadt, KY and Steven Smith (Angie) of East Bernstadt, KY; her grandchildren, William McMillian (Ariel), Dylan Smith, Eric Smith, Abby Smith, Lily Smith and Waylon Smith; her great grandchildren, Dexter Smith and Haylie McMillian; and her daughter-in-law Marcie Smith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the House-Rawlings Funeral Home (510 E 4th St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
