It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Rice (East Point, Kentucky), who passed away on August 3, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Montie Delano Rice; her parents, George Blackburn and Susan Endicott Blackburn; and her siblings, Highland Blackburn, Alice Fulks, Maxine Burchett and Ocie Branham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Monica Rice Harlan (Chad) and Melissa Rice Madden (Loren); her sister Carol Baldridge (Everett); her granddaughter Kalyn Bryant (Jordan); and her great grandchildren, Harrison Bryant and Theodore Bryant. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
