He was predeceased by: his father Judge Patton; and his son Adron "AJ" Patton. He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Farley Patton; his wife Ellen Patton; his children, Brandon Patton (Erica) and Madeline "Sissy" Moore (Matt); his siblings, Shannon Patton, Debra Ramey, Teresa Lee, Beverly Patton and Melissa Henderson; and his grandchildren, Rachel, Adriana, Kennedy, Jacob, Khloe, Gracelynn, Ally-Anna and Wyatt. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
