He was predeceased by: his parents, Gold Howard and Ola Cox Howard; and his brother Larry Howard. He is survived by: his children, Trevor Howard (Savannah) of Auxier, KY, Stephanie Ann Vanderpool of Prestonsburg, KY and Angie Howard; and his siblings, Ronald Howard of Garrett, KY and Kathy Cornett of Douglasville, GA. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
