He is survived by: his daughter Dana Skaggs (Trent) of Eastview, KY; his sister Janet Stillwell (Walter) of Eastview, KY; his stepchildren, Jerry Wills (Charlotte) of Elizabethtown, KY and Christy Hunt of Springfield, TN.; his grandsons, Levi Skaggs and Blake McGrew; his stepgranddaughter Lora Duvall; his great grandchild Coralee; and his spouse Lynn Goodman. He is also survived by 13 step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Manakee Funeral Home - Elizabethtown (2098 Leitchfield Rd, Elizabethtown, KY 42701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
