She was predeceased by: her parents, George Doty and Christine Doty; her husband Arnold D. Helm; her daughter Jasmine J. Charles; and her sister Kathy Beck.
She is survived by: her children, Joshua Charles (Caitlyn) of Brandenburg, KY, Alexis Charles (Cody) of Eastview, KY, Krystal Charles and Jaylee Denny; her sister Bonnie Leiser; and her grandchildren, Nathan Rittershaus, Colton Buchholtz, Koda Charles and Noah Charles.
