She is survived by: her children, Steve Hart (Michelle) of Eastview, KY and Bonnie Hart Gensterblum (Charles) of Rineyville, KY; her sisters, Katherine Pate, Barbara Smallwood and Sandy Mula; her grandchildren, Jesse Hart (Lori), Caleb Gensterblum and Dylan Gensterblum; and her great grandchild Jessa Hart.
