He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Norma Smith. He is survived by: his brother Clarence Smith (Shane); his wife Charlotte Smith; and his children, Jamie Lane (Becky), Eddy "Kicker" Smith (Valerie) and DeAnna Hamilton (Robbie). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and a host of family, biker brothers, and friends.
