He is survived by: his children, Susan Stewart (Shelton) of Echols and Brandon Scott (Amy) of Beaver Dam; his grandchildren, Haley Woomer (Stephen) of Rockport, Jessica Cox (Paige Smith) of Echols, Ashton Cox (Trenity) of Beaver Dam, Quinton Benter of South Korea and Joe Stewart (Maeley Scott) of Missouri; and his siblings, Larry Scott (Sandy) of Echols, Jerry Scott (Rita) of Echols, Betty Blissit of McLean County and Linda Goff of Echols. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at the Echols Cemetery.
