He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Baggarly; and his siblings, Cindy Baggarly, Paul "Fuzz" Baggarly and Lewis "Goo" Baggarly. He is survived by: his mother Betty Scott Blissit of Owensboro; his children, Kenneth Baggarly (Kara) of Beaver Dam, Meagan Fulton (Kenny) of Rockport and Melissa Mooneyham of Lewisport; his grandchildren, Keenan Baggarly, Lily Baggarly, Peyton Baggarly, Ella Baggarly, Levi Fulton, Brianna Mooneyham, Braxton Mooneyham, Landon Mooneyham and Logan Mooneyham; and his sisters, Karen Reed of Owensboro and Paula Grace of Owensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the William L. Danks Funeral Home (222 N Lafayette St, Beaver Dam, KY 42320). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
