Brett P. Haas Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brett P. Haas of Eddyville, Kentucky, who passed away on February 26, 2026 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Brett is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Brett's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Haas and Janice Winkler Haas. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lea Gray; his son Timothy Haas; his stepchildren, Joshua Greene, Breanna Morris, Quinlin Morris and Caitlin Morris; and his son Dalton Smolley. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
Memorials made in memory of Brett may be made to the Patriot Guard Riders and will be received at Nordike Funeral Home, 740 Fairfax St., Carlyle, IL 62231.
