He was predeceased by: his parents, Taft Rushing and Stella Jennings Rushing; and his sister Donna Fay Watson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Rushing; his daughter LeAnn Matesevac (Joseph) of Paducah; and his grandson Noah Matesevac.
