With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elizabeth Gray Oliver of Eddyville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 21, 2026 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Gray and Delilah Jones Gray; her husband Samuel Johnston Oliver; her sons, Drew, Darryl and Brent Oliver; her granddaughter Shannon Oliver; her great grandchild Chandra Sterling; and her sister Juanita Decker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darla Spurlock of Clarksville, TN and Saundra Ramey (Mark) of Moss Point, MS; her siblings, Joyce Bynum of Bloomington, IN, Lavon Wallace of Kuttawa and Boyce Gray of Brownsville, KY; and her grandchildren, Jamie Oliver, Shane Spurlock, Greg Spurlock, Landon Sagnella, Jennifer Cumbest, Clint Ramey, Tuesdey Oliver, Amanda Oliver and Levi Oliver. She is also survived by twenty three great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
