She was predeceased by : her husband Jackie Kenneth Fleming; her parents, Joseph Lynn Combs and Fronia Estelle Walker Combs; and her brothers, Charles Combs and James "J. B." Combs.

She is survived by : her children, Jamie Lynn Diaz of Sharpe, KY and Rodney James Duncan (Fabrizio Dellabernarda) of San Francisco, CA; her siblings, Annabelle Brewster (Phil) of Corydon, KY, Nevalyn Hubbard of Henderson, KY, Vicki Garrett of Kuttawa, KY, Joe "Buddy" Combs of Burna, KY and Eric "Ricky" Combs of Kuttawa, KY; and her granddaughter Kennady Paige Robinson of Reidland, KY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
