He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow "Woody" Offutt and Mildred Stone Offutt. He is survived by: his wife Patty Boyd Offutt; his daughters, Hailey Offutt Fox (Kris) and Tori Cornish; and his grandsons, Nash and Bo Tyson.
