He is survived by : his siblings, Sylvia Slaton of Princeton, KY, Carol Traylor (James) of Princeton, KY, Ronnie Merrick (Becky) of Princeton, KY and Reggie Merrick; and his caregiver Vivian Hurley of Eddyville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
