He is survived by: his wife Vicki Henninger Patton of Eddyville; his son Josh Patton of Eddyville; his siblings, Ronnie Patton (Jo) of Eddyville and Patti Baker (Joe) of Marion; and his grandchildren, Lanie Patton, Maddie Rudy, Emmie Patton, Jacob Patton and Jeremy Patton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
