He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Clarence and Emma Jean Frasier, Jr. (Edwards); his brother Steve Frasier; and his mother-in-law Hazel Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Karen Jackson Frasier; his children, Kelby Frasier (Katie) of Morganfield, KY, Tara Howell (Evan) of Providence, KY and Bailey Posante (Katie Long) of Boulder, CO; his grandchildren, Tessa Newman, Jace Harper, Kolt, Korbin, Kale, Kollins Frasier and Beau Henry Howell; his father-in-law Art Jackson of Owensboro, KY; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Jackson (Jacque) of Bossier City, LA, Larry Jackson of Blanche, TN and Phillip Jackson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (57 KY-370, Sebree, KY 42455). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
