He is survived by: his children, Angela Herring (Mark) of Eddyville and Mark Edward Byassee (Heather) of Suwanee; his sister Bonnie James (John) of Kuttawa; and his grandchildren, Mason Daniel Byassee and Sophia Marie Byassee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lakeland Funeral Home (1133 US-62, Eddyville, KY 42038). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
