He was predeceased by: his parents, Verle Bovard and Hildred Bovard; and his siblings, Quentin Bovard and Karen Brittain. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Bovard; his daughters, Londa Bovard, Kim Bailey (Tim), Pam Hildebrand, Natalie Tanner, Benita Moser (Bill), Michelle Johnson (Jay) and Dedra Trossman (Paul); and his sisters, Phyllis Barrows, Sandra Huddleston (Roy) and Debbie Jones.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Jackman Hensley Funeral Home (215 E Broadway St, Harrison, OH 45030). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
