He is survived by: his mother Sylvia Nathan; his children, Shannon Potter (Christopher), James Simpson, David Hersh and Rebecca Hersh; his siblings, Nancy Sweeney (Brian) and Robert Nathan (Karen); and his great grandchildren, Ja'lani Kendall and Camiya Kendall. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
