She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" Wayne Perry; her children, Dr. Robert Wayne Perry (Gwynne) of Lebanon, OH, Michael Dayne Perry of Florida, Jeffrey Lawrence Schraer (Jocelyn) of Oakley, OH, Christopher Allen Perry (Tricia) of Dry Ridge, Tammy Lynn Griffin (Stacey) of Dry Ridge, Susan Dawn Fugazzi (James) of Williamstown and Amanda Sarah Anglin (Jeremiah) of Lebanon, OH; and her brother Donald Smith. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
