He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer L. Stammer and Jean Dotson. He is survived by: his children, John C. Stammer (Carmen), Thomas Stammer (Misaki "Miki"), Bobby Stammer (Stephanie) and Rebecca "Becky" Powell (Josh); his grandchildren, Heather, Jordan, Andrew, Maria, Ava, Xander, Harper, Brayden, Gage, Abram and Lainey; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Linnemann Funeral Homes (1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at the St. Joseph New Cemetery - Cincinnati Oh (4500 Foley Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45238).
