She is survived by: her children, Deanna Buemi (Ted) of Florence, Tina Frysinger (Rich) of Amelia, OH, Danny Tackett of Covington, Steve Tackett of Covington and Carlos May, Jr. of Elsmere; her sister Donna Marie Martin of Milford, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Shelby, Kyle, Daniel, Lindsey and Steven. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
