She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cassidy and Mary Cassidy. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bob" M. Smiley; her siblings, James Smiley (Frances) and Betty Schulte (Jack); and her children, Mark Smiley (Paula), Karen Smiley (Sam Ernst), Kirk Smiley and Eric Smiley. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Church (3612 Church St, Covington, KY 41015). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
