He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Reams and Hannah Breeden White; his adoptive father Claude Perry; his former wife Vicki Perry; his siblings, Dennis, Jerry Perry and Tina Holder; his wife Charlene Kay West Perry; his sons, Thomas Haskins (Elizabeth) of Erlanger, Jared Perry (Emily) of Lockland, OH, Mike West of Taylor Mill and Eric Perry (Heather) of Independence; and his sisters, Karen and Doris Reams. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
A procession will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Elliston-Stanley Funeral Home (132 S Main St, Crittenden, KY 41030). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Hill Crest Cemetery.
