She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Simmons and Gertrude Furlong Simmons; her husband W. Kenneth Branstetter; her siblings, Ruth Smith, Ruby Everett, Carl, Raymond and Mark Simmons; and her granddaughter Anna Beth Branstetter.

She is survived by: her children, Mike (Betty Branstetter) of Edmonton, KY, Martha (Walton Harless) of Huntsville, AL and Mark (Jackie Branstetter) of Smithville, TN.; her grandchildren, Amy Branstetter, Rachael Milligan (Matt), Alyson Branstetter-Spalding (Ed), Emily Bruff (Derek), Ken Branstetter (Felisha), Timothy Harless (Molly), Luke Branstetter and Mary Grace Branstetter; and her great grandchildren, Trey, Charles Thomas, Connor, Louisa, Harding, Daniel, Trenton, Neely Anna, Ellie, Will, Anna Clair, Crew, Callaway, Isaiah and Lillian. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
